Kristie brings two decades of experience in the audit profession prior to joining the IAASB in October 2024. Before her role at the IAASB, she served as a Director at Deloitte Canada, where she led a range of audit quality initiatives, including implementing global audit methodologies, overseeing external and internal inspection programs, managing audit engagement coaching programs and subject matter expert teams. Earlier in her career, she worked as a regulator with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in New York City, conducting inspections across the U.S. and internationally.
Kristie is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the U.S. (New York and Illinois) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Canada (Ontario).
