Viviene Bauer

Viviene Bauer was recently appointed Technical Advisor for Fernando Ruiz. She was nominated by Accounting Federal Council (CFC - CPA Brazil) and Institute of Independent Auditors in Brazil (Ibracon).

Mrs. Bauer is currently an Audit Partner at BDO Brazil and has more than 15 years of experience working with a variety of industries.

Bauer joined Ibracon in 2010 and was appointed as Administrative and Financial Director in 2017. Additional, she participates in the Audit Standards Committee (CNA) at Ibracon and is part of the Technical Committee at BDO. Mrs. Bauer has a bachelor in Accounting at Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and has a MBA in Management at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Bauer is a Chartered Accountant in Brazil, with register in the Accounting Federal Council (CFC), National Registry of Independent Auditors (CNAI), Securities Commission (CVM) and Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen).
